We are looking for the superstar COO to transform growing and sparkling startup into a manageable system with predictable results.

The tasks for our future Mike Wags are:

1. Launching and managing micro-teams of all planned verticals (hiring and team composition, structuring of inner processes and resources, event planning, accumulating of the expertise)
2. Planning of the financial results of the project, managing its development, incessant, and smooth operation
3. Implementation of CRM and other automation solutions
4. Launching non-technical events, and use them as a tool for obtaining additional resources for project development and expansion on the market
5. Creation of universal measurable criteria of the communities growth and development, including (setting) them in the (as a ) main KPIs of the project

The first tasks for the position will be:

1. Accept the vision of a startup from the CEO and turn it into a strategy (people / deadlines / resources / procedures / results)
2. Adopt teams of open verticals in management, solve all their tactical issues in the preparation of upcoming events

Required experience:

• MANDATORY spoken English fluently
• Fluent in task managers and CRM systems
• Proven managerial skills and managerial will to build systematic, profitable business structures
• Successful management experience in startups and / or the rise of large-scale corporate projects 5+ years
• Knowledge of modern project management methodologies
• Expertise "how everything happens" at all levels in IT & Digital, established high-quality networking
• The ability to think strategically, including to foresee the consequences of decisions and events (to be not where the puck is now, but where it will be in a second)
• Experience in organizing large-scale events, as well as in sales / promotion of IT or Digital b2b products will be a plus
