Customer Support Agent (Romanian language)

       Main responsibilities:

• Communicating with players via live chat, phone and e-mail in order to create a trustworthy and friendly atmosphere for the clients.
• Making sure that clients get the best experience using our brands 24/7.
• Quick, polite and accurate answering back to customer requests and enquiries.
• Providing players with information on all promotions they are eligible for, new games, rule amendments, etc.
• Assisting players with any technical issues they might run into with the help of technical specialists, if needed.
• Close cooperation with the product team, suggesting special service improvements for players, based on feedback from clients.
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Romanian language (perfect written and spoken);
• Experience in Customer Support Service is preferred;
• Self-motivation, reliability and ability to work independently;
• Focus on customer needs and good customer service skills;
