Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

• English - Upper Intermediate is a must
• Previous experience as a Freight tracker or Logistic dispatcher is a plus
• Customer service or operations experience preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Effective communication
• Strong ability to develop relationships
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at a high level
• Confident decision-making skills
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with all customers, contact facilities, and check availability for loads.
• Build and maintain respectful relationships with drivers, help truck drivers with a pick-up and delivery number.
• Accept, build, and schedule all customer shipments, including all pertinent information and documentation.
• Identify and communicate (potential) problems to the appropriate parties and provide solutions
• Ensure loads are tracked and updated in a timely manner
• Prioritize and respond to both internal and external requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner
