Technical Writer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Technical Writer who will be responsible for creating and documenting processes and instructions for our team. This role requires the ability to work with large volumes of information and to create technical documentation in a user-friendly language.

Requirements:

• Ability to independently gather, analyze, and structure information.
• Experience in creating technical and procedural documentation in a user-friendly language.
• Proficiency in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in briefing and interviewing clients to describe business processes.
• English language proficiency at least at the Upper-Intermediate level.

Would be a plus:

• Copywriting experience.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work examples.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and documenting processes and instructions for the department team.
• Refactoring the department’s knowledge base.
• Updating information when processes change or new tool functionality is released.
• Regular updates on tool functionality and processes.
• Recording decisions and changes at scheduled meetings and updating the knowledge base accordingly.
