Graphic Project Manager

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design;
• 1+ years of experience in project management;
• Experience with SMM (fb, ig, tg and others);
• Guru-level mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Figma;
• strong collaboration skills;
• You thrive under pressure, channeling it into creative energy to deliver high quality work consistently;
• You can easily distinguish cringe from based;
• You have moderate impostor syndrome, which helps you constantly analyze and improve your work;
• You're up-to-date with all trends.

Will be plus:

• Rap and breakdancing skills;
• Experience in iGaming;
• Experience in Sports;
• Knowledge of football;
• Skill in Premiere / Final Cut.

Responsibilities:

• Manage deadlines for design tasks;
• Collaboration with designers and SMM specialists;
• Receiving and processing briefs from SMM specialists;
• Optimize design processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Provide design feedback and suggest improvements to work from other team members;
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with the team;
• Development and implementation of the SMM campaign design concept;
• Creation of visual content for SMM channels;
• Provide direction and guidance to achieve business, SMM, and Design goals;
• Analysis of SMM campaign results and making adjustments to the design concept;
• Collaborate closely with the team and other departments to create integrated and impactful cross-channel marketing campaigns;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in project management tools;
• Prepare regular reports on design team performance and project progress;
• Stay updated on current design trends and best practices in social media.
