Responsibilities:
– Solution and prevention of malfunctions in IP telephony;
– Handling appeals and solving problems of IP telephony users;
– Connection of trunks, SIP numbers, modification of the dial plan;
– VoIP administration (Asterisk);
– Planning and expansion of Asterisk servers;
– Ensuring the security of Asterisk servers;
– Integration of new services and technologies with Asterisk;
– Ensuring stable operation of Asterisk + CRM connection;
– Automation of processes related to the work of Asterisk + CRM (AMI, ARI, etc.);
– Creation of backup copies and their testing;
– Monitoring of communication systems and VoIP services.
Requirements:
– Work experience with Asterisk from 2 years;
– Advanced knowledge of Asterisk (writing dialplans, AMI, ARI, ODBC);
– Advanced knowledge of SDP/RTP/WebRTC protocols;
– Understanding of the SIP protocol, purpose and sequence of packets, ability to debug;
– Advanced knowledge of Linux (CentOS/Debian);
– Advanced knowledge of iptables/firewalld;
– Ability to write Bash/Python scripts;
– Experience in writing/optimizing SQL queries (MySQL database);
– Intermediate English level.
Nice to have:
– Experience with Enterprise solutions for contact centers (UCCE/UCCX/Genesys etc);
– Experience in creating reports for contact center analytics.
