Position Overview: 

We are currently seeking a talented Fintech Lawyer with a specialization in crypto-regulations to join our dynamic team. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Laws 

• Proficiency in written and spoken English 

• Minimum of 2 years of legal practice, with a focus on fintech and crypto industries 

• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology 

• Proficiency in conducting legal research, analysis, and drafting legal documents 

• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills 

• High sense of responsibility 

• Flexibility and a strong work ethic 

Responsibilities: 

• Stay current with developments in the fintech and crypto industries, including evolving laws and regulations. 

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to fintech and crypto industries. 

• Offer legal counsel on issues pertaining to data privacy and security in the fintech and crypto sectors. 

• Participate in the incorporation processes in various jurisdictions around the world. 

• Engage with local authorities and regulators. 

• Manage relationships with EMIs, banks, PSPs, and crypto exchanges, including the opening of corporate and merchant accounts for businesses with varying risk profiles worldwide. 

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters in the crypto sphere. 

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and fellow legal professionals. 

• Stay updated on changes in crypto laws and regulations. 

• Prepare informative articles for the company's website and external resources.
