Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned Recruiting Manager with a deep understanding of the fintech domain. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in recruiting roles specific to payments, compliance, risk, and chargeback management. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our team, ensuring we attract and retain the industry's best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy tailored to the fintech sector.
    • Develop job descriptions and specifications for various fintech roles.
    • Stay abreast of fintech industry trends and shifts to proactively address staffing needs.
  2. Candidate Sourcing & Interviews:

    • Conduct interviews and screen potential candidates for specialized roles in payments, compliance, risk, and chargeback management.
    • Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, networking events, and referrals.
    • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs and nuances.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management regarding recruitment strategies and results.
  4. Onboarding & Integration:

    • Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
    • Mentor and guide new recruits, ensuring their successful integration into the company culture and operational flow.
  5. Continuous Improvement:

    • Regularly review and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Attend industry conferences and workshops to stay updated on best recruitment practices in the fintech space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in the fintech sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for specialized fintech roles.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry, especially in payments, compliance, risk, and chargeback management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
