Fintech Business Development Manager

RBFC is one of Asia's fastest-growing crypto exchanges, looking to expand into Europe. We attract people who constantly push themselves to think differently and chart exciting new paths in a rapidly growing industry.

We are partnered with over a hundred of EMIs, PSPs, Banks, and other financial institutions from all around the globe. Our target market is Europe (85% of clients), Asia, and North America. We specialize in crypto, e-commerce, and high-risk industries.

We are looking for an ambitious and FinTech-driven Business Development Manager to join a highly-skilled and passionate team in Ukraine.

The goal for this position is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new clients. You will work closely with the Marketing Department, to which you will provide insight and feedback about products and features on the platform along with external marketing strategy implementation, while Sales Department will be your go-to guys, with whom you will develop business development strategies, maintain existing business relationships with our current partners, conduct market analysis, and, finally, drive our approach as we continue to expand our product offerings and grow our market share. The company also has IT and Creative departments that will work in collaboration with you.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and overseeing new business development initiatives;

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new partnership opportunities;

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events related to blockchain and FinTech;

  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met;

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;

  • Foster new relationships with blockchain companies in the region and onboard them onto Markets;

  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the platform and products so as to provide knowledgeable support to top; clients and potential partners both externally and internally;

  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the crypto-market landscape.


Requirements:

  • Highly interested in blockchain technology/ Fintech and/or finance;

  • Strong communication skills and understanding of IT processes;

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;

  • Excellent organizational skills;

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a similar role;

  • Proven sales track record;

  • Proficiency in English;

  • Communication and negotiation skills;

  • Time management and planning skills.

Some technical information

  • Working days are Mo. – Fr. The hours will be 10:00 – 19:00

  • Remote Work;

  • Working alongside driven people in the industry;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are MUST!
