Branch manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• running an office of our employment agency in Ukraine,
• managing a network of intermediaries and internal recruiters in order to recruit employees for work in Poland,
• conducting marketing campaigns to build the AB OVO brand in Ukraine,
• coordination of the visa acquisition process for employees from Ukraine,
• conducting business talks and preparing business presentations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• min. 1 year of experience as a manager in a recruitment company,
• experience in conducting marketing campaigns,
• ability to conduct business talks,
• knowledge of using Excel,
• active driving license category B + own car,
• the ability to build your own team,
• charisma, frankness and focus on the result.
