Compensation Accountant

Therefore, we are currently looking for an experienced Compensation Accountant for our growing company.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Collect, verify, and input HR & payroll data into a payroll software

• Calculate payroll, taxes, and mid-month payments 

• Follow the established calculation methodology and procedures

• Prepare salary- and taxes-related documentation

• Control the maintenance of the internal documents storage system

• Keep track of the changes in legislation

• Consult clients on the payroll issues

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 2+ years of experience in an accountant position in international companies

• Strong expertise in existing labor law and accounting rules

• Strong desire to dive into and explore new countries’ labor laws

• Solid knowledge of IFRS

• Experienced Excel user

• A business-oriented person with critical thinking and intention to deliver the best results

• An open-minded person with attention to detail and analytical skills

• Strong in communication, team player

• Advanced level of English (business communication)
