Learning and Development Manager

iDeals Solutions Group is an international B2B SaaS company that has been providing virtual data room services since 2008. We have always created the best experience for customers looking for a solution that would allow them to securely store and share sensitive data.

We are a team of 150 colleagues who speak 10 languages. We travel from different locations and get together twice a year to communicate in person and have fun.

We are growing fast and currently looking for Learning and Development Manager to ensure professional growth of IDeals teams and team members by creating the best learning and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in L&D sphere with minimum 3 years of experience

• Profound expertise with LMS

• Deep expertise in training needs analyses and L&D effectiveness measurement

• Deep understanding of e-learning principles

• Good knowledge of external training providers on a local market

• Good understanding of the newest trends in the field

• English - upper intermediate.

Day-to-day Activities:

• To cover Learning needs and aspirations of our team members with all types of necessary activities

• To search for and organize best fit opportunities for the development of our team members

• To implement and maintain LMS system

• To develop e-learning stream in the company

• To choose external providers and organizing learning activities

• To develop knowledge base

• To measure training and learning activities effectiveness and look for ways to increase effectiveness.
