Business Analyst (BSS and Portals)

Whom we are looking for?

We are looking for talented Business Analyst to join solution engineering team in Kyiv. The successful candidate will participate in delivery of NetCracker solutions for telecom operators worldwide.

What experience is required?

Experience in BA role in development or implementation projects in one of the following domains is a must:

• CRM/ERP
• BSS
• Billing
• Web-based self-service or eCommerce portals

Successful candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, combined with hands-on BA knowledge (requirements elicitation, modeling techniques, UML) and experience in software development lifecycle or implementation projects. MS Office literacy is implicit.

Business trips to customer premises is the important part of the role, thus the ability to travel globally and customer-facing attitude are required for the role. Intermediate or higher level of English is a must, both verbal and written.

What knowledge or experience are nice to have?

Case tools hands-on knowledge (Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose, ERwin/BPwin, or other) and BABOK knowledge are the advantages. Knowledge of network technologies is a welcome addition; experience in solution delivery to the customer is nice to have, as well as upper intermediate English or higher. Experience in billing domain will be a plus, as well as knowledge of OSS or BSS standard processes, ETOM, SID or ITIL.

As BSS BA you will collect, analyze, systematize and record requirements and use cases from the customer; develop, document and maintain solution design documents and models; support development process with design clarifications; conduct researches.
