Product Manager (for IT/Telecom/Cloud Solutions)

Product Manager is responsible for a wide array of activities focused on developing and broadcasting value proposition and Netcracker portfolio within the company in the form of research, collateral, trainings and presentations. The team is comprised of self-motivated bright individuals that successfully tackle challenges and are open for new opportunities. We would welcome a new member to strengthen the stream focused on BSS and Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

•   Identify and analyze market opportunities and target audience needs
•   Develop the product vision and strategy, responsible for translating that vision and strategy into concrete roadmaps and tasks, and working with your team to execute.
•   Manage expectations of product stakeholders
•   Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the customer needs
•   Develop high-level requirements and work closely with Design, Technical and QA teams
•   Leverage data and insights to develop experiment concepts that address customer challenges and opportunities.
•   Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
•   Act as the Product Owner in an Agile environment
•   Define the prioritization approach and correspondingly address the customers/internal feedbacks

Qualifications:

•   University technical degree in Information Technology or Telecommunication domain.
•   More than 3 years of Product Manager, Product owner or Business Analyst experience in IT/Telecom implementation of CRM, ERP, eCommerce/eCare, BSS projects
•   Experience in the analysis of integration aspects of solution and understanding of key product suites, features and implementation approaches for BSS/CRM/Self-Care products.
•   Knowledge of the business analysis theory (requirements management, business process modeling (methods, notations), UML).
•   Excellent understanding of full software delivery project lifecycle, knowledge of different delivery methodologies, resource management, scope and risk management.
•   MS Office and CASE tools experience (Enterprise Architect, Signavio, Axure, and their equivalents).
•   Good interpersonal/customer-relations skills and the ability to guide customer/user ideas into realistic system/functional solutions.
•   Experience in delivering functional design and solutions to the business audience.
•   Basic understanding of the Telecom market landscape including an understanding of parties in fulfillment, assurance, and billing spaces, the inventory parties, auto-discovery parties, etc.
•   English: upper intermediate speaking & intermediate/upper intermediate writing.
