The following skills are important to us:
— Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT/ iGaming industry.
— Expertise in building employer branding within the IT industry.
— Proficiency in implementing employer branding strategies.
— Proven experience in event planning and execution.
— Expertise in managing events under budget and on schedule.
— Senior-level skills in managing social networks and professional platforms.
— A clear understanding of KPIs and metrics in branding and marketing.
— Analytical skills to research markets and competitors.
— Outstanding communication and writing skills.

Your future responsibilities:
— Research the market trends and main competitors.
— Develop and implement a strong employer branding: internal and external.
— Create the roadmap for the company’s brand awareness.
— Identify the key KPIs of the branding activities and track them monthly.
— Managing LinkedIn for brand promotion and audience engagement.
— Set up and manage other social media to expand brand recognition.
— Initiate innovative approaches in promoting the company’s brand.
— Manage events under budget and on schedule.
— Coordinate and manage the whole event process.
— Integrate events into marketing campaigns.
— Provide detailed reports on key performance indicators and return on investment.
