Personal Assistant to IT CEO

This is a remote position - you can be located anywhere in Ukraine. 

A software development company from London, U.K. is looking to expand its operations in Ukraine. As a first step, we will be looking to hire a personal assistant to our company's CEO.

Your main job will be research information on-line on various subjects, such as IT conferences and events (primarily in London, U.K. but also in the U.S.), weekend or holiday travel destinations, visa requirements etc. 

In addition, you may be expected to assist with:

• Handling travel preparations and arrangements (research, bookings, visas, etc.) both in Ukraine and globally;
  
• Assisting CEO in handling minor day-to day tasks and managing calendar appointments;
• Drafting correspondence, emails, messages and other relevant documents;
