American freight transportation company Empire National Inc. with its Polish logistics partner, within the framework of an international project in the EU, opens an office in Warsaw and invites candidates to participate in the competition for the position of Director of the Sales Department of Logistics Services.


  • Actively seek potential customers and build long-term partnerships with them;
  • Supervising the work of employees in the implementation of projects and organization of work;
  • Active interaction with the team, broadcasting the vision of the project and its development strategy;
  • Collect and analyze information on the effective search for new clients and develop the company's client base;
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients and be able to find an individual approach to each client-shipper;
  • Build personal networking on social networks.


We are looking for a Top Manager with experience and skills in the sale of logistics services in the market of international road transport of small and large-tonnage cargo in the EU countries.

  • Successful experience in the implementation of logistics projects (from 3 years);
  • Excellent organizational, work planning, and management skills.
  • Knowledge of techniques of business analysis, collecting requirements and evaluating solutions to coordinate the work of employees;
  • Know-how and where to find clients-shippers in the field of low-tonnage and large-tonnage road transportation in the EU countries;
  • Have your own customer base-shippers;
  • Fluent in English and Polish. The advantage for those who additionally know one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish.


  • Fixed salary 3000 EUR / month +% of closed deals by the end of the month by employees of the sales department; Depending on the level of competence (availability of our own client base, business connections, communication skills and abilities of the candidate, as well as work experience, we will consider additional conditions for the candidate.
