We are looking for a Middle Recruiter

Tech Requirements

•  2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
•  Experience in candidate selection, interviewing;
•  Experience in direct search and headhunting;
•  Ability to lead the full-cycle recruitment process;
•  Good understanding of different IT markets;
•  Excellent verbal and communication skills;
•  Result-oriented attitude to work;
•  At least an Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

•  Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing);
•  Collaborating with hiring managers around role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision-making;
•  Creating and placing vacancies at different professional resources;? Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools;
•  Monitoring job market;
•  Preparing recruitment reports;
•  Maintaining candidates database.
