We are currently looking for a junior associate / paralegal to one of the following practices: Banking & Finance practice; or Real Estate, Construction and Energy practice. 

Requirements:

• Sound academic track record
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical, legal research and legal writing skills
• Working experience would be a plus, but is not mandatory
• 
  

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out legal research and legal analysis
• Drafting legal opinions and memoranda, and transaction documents
• Contract work and negotiation
• Contribution to the team's business development efforts, including the preparation of legal alerts and presentations.
