Talent Researcher will work closely with Recruiting Team to understand hiring needs, create and manage effective sourcing strategies and materials, offer suggestions and data on the market with the overall attract top talents.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Recruiting Team to formulate effective sourcing strategies;
- Directly source top talents using recruiting tools and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, StackOverflow, HR and Recruiting Communities, Recruitment ATS etc.;
- Create inspiring content for our paid recruiting channels and manage them to ensure full effectiveness;
- Research and propose new channels and trends to attract top talents;
- Conduct market, competitors and salary research;
- Support with ideas, strategies and coordination for Recruiting Team.
Requirements:
- Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting;
- Completed Recruiting Courses or experience as Recruiter or as Researcher;
- Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies
- At least Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
- Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details
- Ability to learn quickly, multitasking performance
