Junior recruiter, researcher

Looking for talented and skilled people to join our team as researcher/ junior recruiter.

Main duties

• Conducting research, using different sources and strategies to gather data
• Assisting recruitment team with sourcing talents and building a candidate pipeline for one or more job requisitions
• Analyzing and interpreting data
• Contributing to standardization and procedural workflow in our team within your competence area
• Helping in building a positive workplace climate

Requirements

• English: upper intermediate / fluent
• Intelligence: ability to learn or understand or to deal with new tasks, ability to think abstractly and globally
• Autonomy: the ability to work with minimal supervision, self-management and self-education
