The primary focus of this full-time role will be to find and screen potential IT candidates for permanent openings as well as conducting the hiring process after obtaining job requirements.

Our goal and motivation are to help customers and candidates find each other, grow, and achieve high results.

What we do? We are helping companies hire talented people from all over the world. Our team works with both technical and non-technical positions.

We competently deal with all issues in the field of human resources management, which allows our clients to focus on their core businesses:

  • Attracting technical and non-technical talents
  • Finding, identifying and selecting suitable candidates for the company
  • Screening CVs, emailing, cold calls, warm calls, phone, and Skype interviews
  • Managing the recruitment process
  • Assisting teams with hiring processes
  • Market research
  • Reporting


Position Description:

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Skills in candidates sourcing, including scheduling and conducting meetings
  • Ability to interact with candidates, co-workers, and coordinators in a positive and cooperative manner
  • Value coordinator's time, provide information in a clear and structured manner
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Pro-activity, ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Reliable internet connection
  • English at least upper-intermediate


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Attracting technical and non-technical talents
  • Finding, identifying, and selecting suitable candidates
  • Screening CVs, emailing, cold calls, warm calls, phone, and Skype interviews
  • Interviewing candidates to determine personal qualifications and job fit
  • Checking candidates' English communication skills
  • Assisting teams with hiring processes
  • Reporting
