SMM manager

Our client, a fast-growing Ukrainian Online an IT company with a focus on media projects is looking for an SMM manager to work with their existing and new international projects.

Responsibilities

• Creating and developing a unique communication style and presence on Social media for two projects related to traveling
• Creating and implementing the entire cycle of promotion on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms (media plans, branches, stories, reels, comments, direct messages, copywriting, content creation, creatives, moderation, targeting, work with bloggers and opinion leaders, etc.) 
• Plan, launch and optimize paid ads in order to get optimal ROI 
• Coordinate with internal team (developers, editorial staff, and others)
• Organize and control the work of contractors (copywriters, designers, videographers, etc.)
• Set goals, analyze indicators and results, and adjust actions in coordination with the project managers
• Build a system of analysis and regular reporting (metrics, KPIs, promotion results in digital channels) to provide to the founders.

Requirements

• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Successful experience with international projects
• Organizational and management skills - successful management of projects and teams
• Practical experience with main Social Media platforms (including paid ads management and launching complex promo campaigns)
• Flexibility and willingness to multitask
• The ability to think outside the box and experiment
• Good written English.
