YOU ARE

• Experienced in projects coordination (at least a year)
• Able to work with internal cross-functional stakeholders of senior management level, VPs, and SVPs
• Self-organized, strong in planning, time management, and organizing
• Flexible, great at balancing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• People and client-oriented, successful in building long-term relationships with stakeholders
• Proactive and result-driven
• Attentive to detail
• Able to work effectively both in a team and independently
• Interested in HR, learning, and development
• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level

• Managing operational activities of an ongoing project(s)
• Supporting project processes and execution
• Organizing meetings and working sessions with internal and external partners
• Collecting and analyzing project-related data, reports, and measures
• Tracking and reporting project status and outcomes
• Executing and supporting team-related activities
• Providing effective consulting and expert support for the team and all stakeholders
• Cross-company experts in HR and Learning and Development
• Innovative, cross-company HR project for improving the leader's experience and development
