Internal Audit team that assists SoftServe, Inc. in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organization's governance, risk management, internal control. We are 10 years in business processes optimization as well as standardization, certification, and management systems assurance processes.

YOU ARE

• A holder of diploma in finance / economics / business administration /engineering /computer science / law domains
• With experience from 1 to 3 years with the audit of ISO standard management systems in IT/ big manufacturing company or within one of the Big 4 companies
• Knowledgeable of legislations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA)
• Proficient in implementation and maintenance of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000)
• Possessing professional certifications (CISA, CIA, or similar)
• Knowledgeable with audit standards such as ITAF, ISO 19011, Institute of Internal Auditors: “Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing; Basel Committee on Banking Supervision: “Internal Audit in Banks and the Supervisor’s Relationship with Auditors”; COSO Report: “Internal Control-Integrated Framework”; The King Code of Corporate Practices and Conduct 2002; Turnbull Committee

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Conducting internal audits and supporting internal audit manager in developing and holding internal audits of different management systems and business processes in accordance with approved audit program and additional tasks if necessary.
• Ensuring the defined scope of responsibility is covered by the audit
• Assuring the information, relevant to the scope of responsibility is collected and provided to the internal audit manager and respective interested parties
• Supporting effective relationships with process owners within the scope of responsibility
• Inputting to development of audit program via identification the relevant risks and business-critical processes
• Understanding and documenting the business processes and internal controls
• Holding evaluation of control environment and internal controls
• Identifying key internal controls
• Testing the effectiveness of internal controls
• Ensuring audit objectives are achieved
• Providing the conclusions whether available internal controls are adequate and provide suggestions for optimizing if requested
• Presenting the audit results to owners/process managers
• Holding closure meetings with the management and process owners
• Ensuring continuous improvement of operation and implementation of best practices to the internal audit process
• Work with process owners and department managers to develop, implement, monitor, and manage the company's compliance with internal control requirements
• Audit ongoing processes to ensure continued compliance
