Delivery Data Governance Department that drives different projects dedicated to international certifications compliance. We are searching for the person who will be helping us to drive PIMS implementation project in our company.

Our perfect candidate is a flexible, courageous, result-oriented, and friendly person, who enjoys dealing with uncertainties and ready to work on a challenging project.

As a part of the Corporate Data Security Governance initiative, starting from May 1, 2021, we launch preparation for PIMS ISO 27701 customer data scope audit. For this project, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be working on scope definition and will set up requirements' management process for further team extension for the project of preparation delivery processes to PIMS customer data audit in 2022.

YOU ARE

• Having any certifications or internal audits, consulting in setting up processes according to ISO standards, or similar area
• Showing professional background in IT industry (at least 3 years)
• Able to meet deadlines under pressure
• Capable of developing & maintaining relationships with stakeholders on all levels
• Able to meet deadlines under pressure
• Flexible and working effectively as a mobile worker
• Detail-oriented and a real problem solver

Preferred requirements: Any experience in certifications, auditing, and international standards such ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 3100, etc.

• Driving the corporate project dedicated to PIMS implementation at SoftServe
• Different corporate, delivery departments and Center of Excellences, QMO, PMO, SDO, BAO
• Enterprise company and Organizational Change Management process to get more experience
• All projects phases starting from its planning till maintenance
• Setting up cooperation with external certification body
• Maintaining and continuously improving the existing quality management system
• Monitoring and control that process execution is according to defined workflows
• Collecting and storing process-related metrics and data for future analysis
• Communicating a lot with involved stakeholders
• Processing/software modeling (BPMN), development, optimization, and implementation
• Participating in automation of business processes within the company, design of requirements, developing workflow, creating process RACI
• Developing and agreeing on the business concept with Stakeholders
• Collecting and managing software requirements (functional/non-functional)/breaking down features to user-stories
• Identifying Project Stakeholders
• Planning and managing stakeholder communications
• Breaking down features to user-stories
• Participating in solution design preparation
• Preparing and holding users demo sessions
• External consultants on business requirements
