WE ARE
We are looking for a Learning Partner who will be responsible for developing the organization's business capabilities in the location to achieve the strategic business goals through constant proactive learning needs analysis and systematic result-oriented learning management. We are searching for the one who will cooperate closely with SSU and business leaders to create, maintain, coordinate, promote, and enhance the learning environment and learning culture.
YOU ARE
- Having at least 3-year experience in professional development area
- Possessing a minimum 1-year background in IT HR or related field
- Knowledgeable about training methodology and practice
- Showing outstanding system, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent in communication (coaching, collecting requirements, discussion, meetings, effective feedback, persuasive communication, active listening)
- Able to handle challenging activities and to be a real problem solver
- A master of relationship and collaboration building
- Good at making presentations
- Client-oriented, initiative, pro-active, and flexible
- Demonstrating strong business acumen
- Motivated by achievement in the face of tough obstacles
- Showing Intermediate+ English level?
