YOU ARE

• Driven by the aspiration to create the new and different, innovate and drive compelling solutions that meet the business needs
• A fast learner, that adapts quickly to unstructured or dynamic environments
• Creative, when solving complex issues and designing/leaning business processes
• Committed to high-quality results
• Experienced in large-scale organizational change management projects and business processes design/leaning (preferably 2+ years)
• Experienced in HR or other similar fields

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Leading large-scale and high complexity projects on the design and implementation of HR processes
• Applying business processes design/leaning and change management principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as global best practices around people management
• Defining business needs and pain points and designing end-to-end solutions to address them and contribute to corporate strategic initiatives
• Designing and driving change management strategy related to HR processes implementation
• Cooperating closely with multiple cross-functional teams and HRMS configuration team
