Municipal Tech is a product direction of SoftServe. We operate in the utility domain and build the whole product eco-system, which covers the end-to-end process of how people interact with utilities from metering monthly consumption to processing payments. We work both with the government and citizens. Our mission is to build new digital cities in Ukraine, make government companies more modern and mobile, and entirely simplify citizens' experience in utilities.

We are looking for an opportunity to expand the team for our fast-growing product.

YOU ARE

A highly motivated PHP Software Engineer whose primary purpose is to plan, develop, implement, and support the technology systems that meet our operational needs. This role's primary focus will be on developing new features. 

• Experienced in PHP Native + MySQL (DB),
• Confident in HTML5, JQuery, JS, WebSockets
• Skilled in DBF import/export, REST/SOAP, API (Telegram, Viber, Facebook), PDF export, XLSX import/export Email send
• Practiced with SDLC
• Experient in GIT, documentation
• Proficient working with Linux

• Participate in troubleshooting/triaging of issues and document them appropriately
