We coordinate associates' transfers across the globe to ensure compliance and efficient and transparent service resulting in high satisfaction with associates and business leaders. We advocate the worldwide consistency across Global Mobility philosophy, policies, and practices, with sensitivity and flexibility to a unique local country.

YOU ARE

• Having 2+ years of business experience in a global company and/or 1+ year of experience in Global Mobility area (immigration, tax-related, etc.) and/or 1+ year of experience in HR field
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
• Showing strong customer service focus
• Able to handle challenging activities and to be a real problem solver
• Strong at being attentive to details and accuracy
• Good at working independently and exercising reasonable judgment
• Demonstrating Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (both speaking and writing)

Your extra power is knowledge of

• Immigration laws pertaining to work permits, visas, and residence permits
• General taxation principles pertaining to personal income taxes, social security, and employment-related taxes

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Managing the day-to-day support of the Global Mobility Program lifecycle
• Being a partner and one contact person to business stakeholders and guide the associates and the business leaders through Global Mobility (relocation) policies and processes
• Calculating financial aspects of the transfers including cost projections and is able to analyze complex calculations
• Cooperating closely with multiple cross-functional teams and process stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of the associates to another country
• Managing vendors to ensure appropriate service levels are met in support of Global Mobility Program goals
• Maintaining internal systems and tools to ensure processes and procedures are kept current
