Our team is looking for you, an experienced specialist who will share our common goal to make the company better by being a consultant to VP-level leader, Delivery or Department leader, project and team managers, and emerging leaders on a variety of human resource-related areas for achieving business objectives.
YOU ARE
The candidate demonstrating the following competencies
- Master degree (HR management/Management/Psychology/Sociology is preferred) or equivalent experience
- Understanding of how an organization operates: organizational design, business functions, roles, managerial chains, etc.
- A concept of political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental trends that influence the organization Understanding of the specific of IT business domain
- Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices; employee relations, loyalty, and retention; diversity and inclusion; performance management; employment law, etc.
- A grasp of HR data sources and methods of calculations and analysis
- A skill of a group dynamics and developmental stages
- Understanding of different personality traits, motives, and characteristics
- A sense of global & cultural differences
- At least Intermediate Strong English level
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Supporting 'get in position' strategy in Delivery Unit/Department
- Building an efficient HR environment hand in hand with VP-level, Delivery, or Department leaders
- Consulting VP-level, Delivery or Department leaders and their leadership team (project, team managers, and emerging leaders) on HR best practices and people excellence
- Reinforcing leadership development in Delivery Unit/Department
- Coordinating sensitive cases resolution in Delivery Unit/Department
- Stakeholders acting as a strategic partner, change agent, HR front-end consultant, people practices coach, and emergency responder
