YOU ARE

  • An expert with at least 2-year-experience in designing and/or delivering Compensation and Benefits programs, tools and initiatives experience
  • Excellent in close cooperation closely with multiple cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management initiatives
  • Highly performant in a large, complex, matrixed organization
  • Expert in compensation and benefits field
  • Experienced with HR practices and compensation cycle management

 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

Your duties and responsibilities will enable you to

  • Participate in developing Total Reward philosophy globally that fits and is aligned to the company's strategy and business goals
  • Develop and deploy Total Rewards training in organizations for different levels
  • Lead project on company salary ranges update
  • Develop a high-quality analysis of internal metrics and market research results, in close cooperation with multiple stakeholders to implement changes
  • Support ad-hoc requests on benchmarks to new locations
  • Conduct market salary researches for company world-wide, proactive identification of internal needs and close cooperation with external providers
  • Develop compensation-related change management initiatives for merit reviews and ad-hoc compensation change requests
  • HRIS configuration team сlosely on requirement clarification and solution development
  • Develop and deliver communication strategies, guidelines and training materials related to Total Rewards processes implementation, conduction of workshops and educational sessions for internal stakeholders

 

TOGETHER WE WILL

  • Create and implement programs that will affect more than 8k associates
  • Develop and implement recognition initiatives and platforms to drive employees' engagement
  • Lead high complexity projects on the design and implementation of HR processes
