WE ARE

Talent Acceleration Center is a subdivision of SoftServe University that combines all directions by working with entry level of specialists for SoftServe. The Team includes IT Academy, R&D Incubator and coordinates cooperation with external education institutions.

As a part of our progressive, innovative and friendly Team you will get a chance to manage, organize and support the most important processes of involving new talents at SoftServe.

• Confident with numbers and ready to work with them
• Detail-oriented, result oriented and a highly responsible initiative person
• Open-minded person who likes to communicate and negotiate, a real team player
• A sound communicator, strong both in verbal and written English
• Excellent in interpersonal relationship
• Able to process information logically and have analytical mind
• An experienced Web, MS Office user
• Knowledgeable about training/learning/educational processes

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Management and following TAC standards: checking, controlling, and reminding
• Organization, definition and gathering feedback results from courses, trainees, work plan, etc.
• Cross-company support of DCs in their processes
• Management of TAC/IT Academy resources: schedule, teachers, courses, testing, room distribution
• Coordination of training group stages, work plans, practices, reports
• Management and checking all documents for each group
• Preparation of the list of starting/final documents for training groups
• Full set of services provision for TAC Team and for external stakeholders (Recruitment/Marketing/Delivery/Functional offices/etc.)
• Management and working with learning management system for TAC and other tools
• Possibility of creation and summming up reports by metrics, statistic, etc.
