Talent Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose: 

The role of the Talent Marketing Specialist extends beyond just posting job ads to relevant channels and job portals or organizing the event. As a part of Talent Marketing, you'll create out-of-the-box initiatives to catch candidates eyes (from banner ads to staffing strategies), support interest to referral program (either souvenirs or a video-you're the one to decide), manage and empower staffing activities in Lviv. You'll work closely with Global Talent Operations team, Social Media and Digital specialists, eventers, TOP SoftServe brand-ambassadors, and community leaders to understand the market and make them all be parts of one global picture.

Duties and Responsibilities:              

• Create. Be ready to create from scratch all-channels marketing campaigns (from the job posting to creating recruiting videos, developing e-mails and banners, organizing events, coordinating social media campaigns and more) to promote SoftServe Lviv competencies, projects, and people
• Cooperate. You must be a confident communicator and be able to build working relationships with Talent Operations teams, leaders, recruiters, delivery leaders, tech people, marketers, designers, HRs and many others
• Develop communities. Keep in touch with the market and all main external communities, support them in their development and work side-by-side on increasing the level of market education
• Be Global. You'll think globally and act locally as there is a lot of activities in Lviv
• Measure vacancy promotion campaigns, events effectiveness (conversion, ROI, etc.) to understand the most and least effective
• Support other Employer Branding activities such as participation in events, online activities, campaigns, company presentations, etc.

Requirements: 

Experience -  

• 2+ years in marketing with a clear understanding of online and offline channels
• Experience in marketing campaigns planning and execution, post analysis
• Excellent command of English
• IT industry related experience would be a plus so that you know why JavasKript is wrong, what's the difference between DevOps and Sysadmin and what version of Java is the latest
