Community Manager (PM Office)

Job Purpose:  

As PMO Community Manager you'll be at the forefront of SoftServe Project Management competency communication in tight collaboration with PMO, HR Marketing and other functional directions. The main goal is to find the most effective ways to promote competency and the team. There are a bunch of instruments you'll need to use, starting from organizing internal&external events to content creation for different channels (social media, e-mails, internal channels).

Duties and Responsibilities:               

• Foster communication between the PMO and its external and internal communities, boosting public awareness of the PMO, its strategy, and focus areas
• Organize our public events, engaging new members and empowering relationships with the existing ones
• Take primary responsibility for the execution of the PMO communication strategy and implementation of PR initiatives, actively collaborating with SoftServe functional offices
• Act as the Social Media and Community Management Expert in the PMO team, gathering the best practices for successful collaboration with our stakeholders
• Involve in different PMO initiatives, establishing a collaborative and inspirational environment in the team

Experience:               

• 2+ years of marketing experience in the creation and driving multi-channel campaigns
• IT or industry related background
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
• A thorough understanding of the target audience and maintaining the right tone of voice while writing copy.
• Effective briefing and cooperation track with setting a task for the creative team (copywriter, designer, photographer, ad agency)

• English language level - Upper-Intermediate
• Self- and team-management

• Attention to details and accuracy
