About Project: 

Secure browser that enables business users to securely access corporate intranets and web applications using their iOS, Android or Windows-based device. With this secure browser, IT can enable access to key corporate resources or even build and deploy rich HTML5 apps while maintaining a high level of security and compliance. Securely access corporate intranets and web applications which contain sensitive, regulated, or audited content. The data is encrypted both at rest and in transit when browsing. Whitelist URLs allows IT to limit end-user access to only domains that are company approved so that they can browse and download information freely without fear of data leakage. Selectively remote wipe the secure browser upon device loss or theft to protect corporate information and content without affecting the user's personal data.

What You Will Do:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a program of 4 projects, collectively up to 25 people, that are being developed across 4 platforms (Mac, Win, iOS, Android). You will be responsible for communication between SoftServe and the Client, building and managing Client expectations, assure proper project(s) deliverables in all aspects (budget/scope/schedule/quality) at all SDLC stages within well-established Agile processes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a SCRUM Master from the customer side and help enforce already established Agile processes
• Build and maintain project(s) team structure for meeting successful project(s) goals and objectives
• Lead and direct software development teams to deliver project(s) within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Manage day-to-day operational activities of assigned project(s)
• Facilitate project-related client communications on all levels
• Motivate, guide, coach and encourage direct subordinates

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of proven project management experience
• Proven experience in managing a team of 20+ employees
• Project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
• Experience working with US companies
• Proven success in team building/management
• English level - Upper-Intermediate and above
