Senior QC Engineer with Leadership Potential

Job Purpose:

Responsibilities: 

• Back-end and Front-end testing
• Automated tests design and development
• Improvement of E2E test framework based on Protractor / Mocha / NodeJS
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
• Define QA policies, development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline, and framework
• Drive continuous process improvements for the QA team and the company QA processes. \Lead and mentor QA team members
• Developing test plans and test procedures based on requirements, specifications, and issues reported from the field
• Verifying that new and/or enhanced functionality is correctly implemented, known bugs are verified, and regression testing is performed
• Creating and executing test cases for existing and newly developed functionality
• Acting as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of projects and enhancement releases

Requirements:

• 4+ years of overall QA commercial experience
• 2+ years of commercial test automation experience
• 2+ years of experience in JavaScript automation testing
• Strong skills with API test automation tools
• Understanding of test pyramid and QA methodologies
• Solid experience with test automation patterns
• Experience with project setup from scratch
• Protractor / Mocha / NodeJS
• Jasmine as a tool for running automated tests
• Git
• Page object pattern
• Experience with REST architecture
• Experience with SQL databases
• Well-developed communicative and team-working skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
• Advanced knowledge of testing frameworks/tools, Production System troubleshooting & management
• Ability to focus on rapid & agile development model under strict deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and experience working in dynamic and collaborative international work environments
• Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology
• Experience with Performance testing

As a Plus:

• Experience with UI/API Automation
• Experience with virtualization tools (Docker, Vagrant or similar)
• Leading of a large team (10+ members)
• Communication with the customers
