About Project:

As long as our goal is to connect the dots between financial, medical and administrative parties by bringing the best quality into the implementation of business needs for our Client - we are heavily relying on newest technologies in the field to make things happen. This implies developing a cloud-based platform that aims to incorporate the existing functionalities of several different application into one holistic solution. In order to address the intention, we have defined the key concepts to rely on. Modern UI design, reliability, high performance, easy extension and mature architecture will enable bringing the solution to life.

What You Will Do:

You will work alongside incredibly talented professionals in the team of diverse positions that helps to bring best practices into improving relationships between healthcare institutions, government, and people.In particular, as a Project Manager, you will be one of the responsible people for managing the assigned project of low complexity with overall team size up to 30 project members. Responsible for communication between SoftServe and the Client, facilitation engagement/proposal phase for new opportunities/projects, building and managing Client expectations. Assure proper project(s) deliverables in all aspects (budget/scope/schedule/quality) at all SDLC stages - initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and control, closing.

Responsibilities : 

• Build and maintain project(s) team structure for meeting successful project(s) goals and objectives
• Lead and direct software development teams to deliver project(s) within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Manage day-to-day operational activities of assigned project(s)
• Manage Client expectations, monitor, and increase CSAT level
• Facilitate project-related client communications on all levels
• Motivate, guide, coach and encourage direct subordinates 
• Report assigned project(s) status to stakeholders (including high-level status in regards to Client, people, and business development perspectives

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of proven project management experience
• Proven experience in managing team of 30+ employees
• Project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
• Experience working with US/European companies
• Proven success in team building/management
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level
