About Project: 

Healthcare project that is performing data integration and transformation from various medical devices and store data into Azure cloud (Azure SQL, Azure DevOps).

Medical Formularies from hospitals are the descriptions about medications. The scope of the project is to bring Formulary Mapping Data from master data management conduit and Library APIs/Databases into the data platform so that local queries from the client's platform can join to Library attributes for analytic purposes. Master data management conduit provides the ability to upload a health system's or hospital formulary data and provides mapping utilities to link it to a Library entry.

• 5+ years experience in SQL Server development
