Job Purpose:

We are looking for a professional who does know what talent success is about and who is eager to bring it into effect. Such a person should perfectly combine the following:

  • Lead the process of effective talent management inside Kyiv location
  • Create and implement local TSL strategy
  • Be in front of local and cross-company changes
  • Provide the best Talent Operation service managing expectations of different stakeholders
  • Raise TSL Team competency with training, mentoring and knowledge exchange

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of Talent Success Leads in Kyiv
  • Manage reserve cost effectiveness
  • Take care of employees retention processes in location
  • Create and implement staffing and retention strategy for specific projects and and the location in general
  • Consulting and supporting company management to ensure the best quality of collaboration with stuffing
  • Manage salaries in local Talent Pool (Reserve)
  • Provide consulting and mentoring to Resource Management (TSL) team, analyze training needs, prepare and conduct internal training for the team's excellence
  • Analysis of reserve quality and amount of available specialists, timely open reserve vacancies for the external search for skills which cannot be gained internally, make the decision on hirings
  • Assure load, manage tasks assignment for employees in reserve, make dismissal decisions
  • Keep stakeholders updated regarding staffing capabilities and dismissal risks in location
  • Manage potential apprentice needs and track apprenticeship vacancies
  • Investigate, create and apply best practices for staffing speed up on location/in the Company
  • Track effectiveness of resource management (TSL) direction through metrics and indicators, and based on the data, perform all necessary actions in competence
  • Manage hiring, onboarding and performance processes of local TSL team
  • Drive initiatives in the Company to improve staffing, resourcing, and retention processes
  • Support the Resource Manager role awareness in the company

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • English level - Upper-Intermediate and above
  • 4 years of experience in facilitation, coordination, scheduling, and managing of internal and external resources or similar role
  • Good understanding of IT outsourcing industry
  • Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills in managing complex deployments
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and resources in a high volume, client-driven environment
  • Highly service-oriented and responsive
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills (proven communicator/presenter)
  • Mentoring skills
