DTEK Renewables is looking for a Personal Assistant.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Independent management of the secretarial office (including supervision of related office equipment and their required servicing);
  • Management of all outgoing and incoming telephone calls, e-mail and written correspondence of CEO;
  • Electronic management of the CEO's daily work schedule, supervision and coordination with external parties of all appointments, meetings and travel requirements;
  • Timely preparation of all external, internal and board meetings (documents and presentations required); coordination of required preparatory meetings with own staff;
  • Timely preparation and supervision of all relevant processes for the support of the CEO's administrative duties (approvals, reporting requirements, legal documents, etc.);
  • Management of human resource documents (direct reports to CEO), e.g. personal data, supervision of holiday planning;
  • Representation of CEO during times of his absence (only for pre-defined applicable tasks within own competence profile);
  • Conduct of special tasks (e.g. conduct of information research activities, support at fairs or conferences, support CEO with his work in international organizations, associations);
  • Translation and interpretation services.

Requirements:

  • English - advanced;
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant;
  • Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills;
  • Advanced user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment;
  • Attentiveness to details;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
