Talent acquisition, in charge of bringing worldwide talent and presenting job opportunities. Participation in the company's growth through recruitment programs.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates, preparing internal and external job advertisements, web postings.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Contact candidates, arrange interviews and develop appropriate recruitment processes for each position in collaboration with the HR manager.
- Specifications of job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs.
Skills:
- Experience in recruiting
- Knowledge of English is a must (other languages' ll be a plus)
- Enjoys success and encourages a winning culture
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to discern and prioritize business needs to meet short and long term goals
