Customer Service Representative (with Chinese and English)

Hawk Research is a freelance educational platform.Our company is one of the most popular companies in the field of knowledge exchange.It offers educational services in various spheres and subjects to customers (mainly students) in the US, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, China. The service allows our customers to get a better understanding of subject questions in specific spheres. 

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team and help us elevate our customer service quality to even higher level.

Your main tasks

• Written communication in Chinese (and sometimes in English) with the new customers: advising them on our services, prices; helping with order placement.
• Communication with existing customers: providing information about their current orders, handling claims, offering solutions.
• Working with CRM system, allocating orders, updating the information.
• Communication with our freelance writers (mainly written, in English). 
• Analysis of our competitors: pricing, marketing activities, etc.
• Helping with our marketing activities in Weibo and other platforms.
• Other related activities.

Your profile

Primary requirement - positive and open-minded thinking, ability to work fast. Ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Chinese and English (especially written).
• Computer literacy: Google docs, MS Office, web research.
• Experience in customer support or negotiating with native speakers is an advantage.
• Experience as a translator or copywriter is an advantage.

• Until the end of quarantine we provide taxi when you need to come to the office.

Technical requirements (for working from home)

• Rapid and stable Internet channel (at least 10 mbps).
• Relatively modern PC / laptop that works fast.
• At least 8 GB RAM.
• At least 14' screen.
• Windows operating system (If you have Mac, you need to have 60 GB free space to install Windows as a parallel OS, we will provide the license).
