Hawk Research offers educational services for customers (mainly students) in the US, Canada, Australia, GB, Germany, Switzerland, China. We help students with all kind of tasks and assignments: from essay and research papers in humanitarian subjects to more complex assignments and courses in Engineering, Machine Learning, Economics.

                       

Our main task is to build and maintain the company's recruitment service at the highest level. You will be challenged in attracting candidates for the various business support teams which includes Marketing, IT, Recruiting etc. Your main goal would be to fill our vacant positions with the best fit candidates within challenging deadlines. As an ambassador of the brand, you will have to make sure that all candidates have a positive experience with us while navigating them through all stages of the recruitment process.

                                                           

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably in IT or startups);                            
  • Ability to handle high volume recruiting cycles;
  • Strong knowledge of common human resources practices;
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including English (B1-C1);
  • High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions,messaging candidates and scheduling;
  • Experience working with a fast-growth organization with competing priorities.

  • Standard 40h working week:?
    Monday to Friday 10 – 19 or 11 – 20, including 1h lunch break.

                             

Responsibilities:

  • To develop a pool of diverse active and passive candidates for the business using proactive market research, candidate relationship management, active sourcing techniques, engaging leads from employees and leaders, using various job boards;
  • Helping the newcomers with all the documentary procedures;
  • Thoroughly vet candidates and make recommendations on most effective interview teams to diminish time from screening to offer;
  • Manage the recruiting process from job posting to onboarding;
  • Focus on candidate experience by providing prompt and effective communication to candidates and hiring managers during the process;                            
  • Collaboration with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success.
