Grant Manager (Ukrainian and International Projects)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in NGO / Charitable Organizations/ICF
• Track record in non-profit/for-profit environment
• Successful cases in grants and tenders applying
• Excellent project management experience
• Computer literacy: Excel, PowerPoint
• English B2+ Ukrainian C2
• Passion for social impact

Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point for the Ukraine country grants program
• Preparing and applying documentation for grants and tenders
• Collate and communicate information on funding policies and formal requirements of the donors, providing support and advice to managers and budget holders
• Coordinate and monitor grant deadlines identifying and addressing blockers
• Implement and evaluate programs: aligning mission and strategic objectives
• Provide regular reports on the status of grant-funded projects
• Reach out to donors to meet their requirements
• Reporting according to donors' requirements
