Product / Account Manager (Amazon US)

Location: remote

We are looking for a real professional who can level up our PL products on Amazon US.  We need you to oversee existing accounts health and their sales performance. Our head office in the US and production in Ukraine. One of our mainlines is men’s accessories for business meetings and extravagant parties.

 Requirements

  • At least 2.5 years of proven work experience in Amazon PL company/project
  • Hands-on experience in account management and/or launching new eCommerce products
  • Know how to work on customer feedback and product reviews to improve customer service, products, and their listings, as well as account performance metrics
  • Creation of product detail pages appealing to the target audience
  • Profitability analysis: expenses, check of net/gross profit
  • Tech-savvy in product search and competitor analysis
  • Analytical mindset with genuine attention to details
  • Ability to tailor a message to different audiences
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Sales experience on eCommerce platforms
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and soft skills
  • English B2, Russian C2

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Account health: check seller account feedback and remove a negative one
  • Continuous improvement of listings conversion, raise sales and maximize profit
  • Coordinate our contractors: 2D-3D designer, photographer, videographer
  • Cooperate with in-house marketer and delivery manager
  • Set technical tasks for content creator/s 
  • Product launch according to the plan and documentation
  • Inventory check: active listings, inactive, unmerge the asins, bans
  • Spot competitor products at an early stage and analyze what might work for us
  • Stay up to date with new trends, test them and implement the best practices 
  • Maintain new products development, share insights with the CEO
  • Check each listing, optimize them, detect hijackers
  • Upsale and cross-sale: Q&A and wish lists
  • Contribute to reviews generation
  • Open and solve Amazon cases
