IT HelpDesk Engineer

The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists, and managers who create, localize, and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vynnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA). 

Key responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, OS support of Windows, Linux, macOS with iOS tablets and phones
• Ability to installing the required software
• Support of IP telephony hardware configuration (IP-telephony, laptops, smartphones)
• Repair of PCs and laptops (assembly of computers, diagnostics, replacement, disassembly/assembly of laptops for cleaning, testing)
• Local network laying, configuration, maintenance
• User's workplace preparation
• Ability to manage user's accounts (creation, deletion, modification)
• Setting office equipment (printing, scanning, etc.)
• Local and remote support to users from Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Moscow, Tallinn
• Selection and ordering of hardware and components, their installation and configuration
• Consulting and training of users

Required skills and knowledge:

• Experience in setting up and maintaining client versions of Windows, Linux, macOS, tablets, and phones with iOS
• Experience in setting up and maintaining office software
• Experience in working with PCs and laptops, the ability to deal with the causes of malfunctions and eliminate them
• Experience with the local area network
• Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Experience in consulting and training users
