Junior Project Manager

Role summary:

His/her main responsibility is to work with emails, banners, eLearning's projects (technical tasks, development control, QA control, budget and timelines control)

Key responsibilities:

• Assistance in analysis and technical task interpretation to the development team
• Work with jira: tasks creation, tasks status control, the control of jira main task full description
• Timelines: assistance in timelines discussion with the customer and the development team, SLA following control, the validation of delivery
• The team workload planning, priority forming. The information about the overload or the lack of workload should be forward to PM or Delivery Manager in advance. Inform the team about the future workload
• The issues escalation at earliest that the team is not able to resolve by themselves or to be in time with delivery
• The prevention of factors that can interfere with developers' tasks
• Assistance in project budget control

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge in Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Excel, etc), mail clients
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details and troubleshoot the problems
• Intermediate English level
