Technical CRM Specialist (bpm'online)

Role description:

• Analyze BPM solutions based on customer requirements and suggest the best option
• Understand, re-engineer, improve, and implement complex business processes;
• Ensure processes are aligned with the company's business process vision;
• Perform proof of concepts to help the business recognize the feasibility of an automated solution;
• Facilitate strategic planning and process improvement prioritization events for the enterprise;
• Responsible for analyzing and identifying performance issues, recoding bugs, testing fixes and implementing the solution identified;
• Capture high-level solutions and business process flows for major initiatives that have impact on the architecture, object model, integration, or business process;
• Integrate with 1C and JIRA;
• Provide user consultations and trainings
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
• Collaborate with all departments to implement growth initiatives

Required skills and knowledge:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Basic understanding of SDLC
• Ability to create clear technical documentation
• Experience in solving integration problems
• Strong communication and customer-oriented skills
• Basic understanding of the SVN, Jira
• Basic programming skills in Javascript and C#
• Ability to write MS SQL queries
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
• Intermediate English level
