Tender Specialist

As a Tender Specialist you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Tender monitoring, analyze competitors and similar offers
• Analyze the potential profit and opportunities in tender
• Collaborate with BD/Sales, BA, Engineering and Management to develop solutions

for special RFP technical requirements

• Attend and participate in client bid clarification meetings
• Prepare complete tendering bid packages including product descriptions, pricing,

product availability, datasheets, General Arrangements, project schedule & other

documentation as required

• Support and contribute to the training and mentoring of the tender team members
• Ensure a high standard of professionalism is maintained when representing Viseven
• After notification of tender decision from the client ensure that lessons learned

are documented and maintained

• Maximize the tender 'win' rate

Required skills and knowledge:

• Experience in Pharma business on similar position
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Marketing, customer, product, competitor research experience
• Experience in custom research, both qualitative and quantitative
• Ability to think analytically and creatively to problem solve
• Comfortable working with data
• Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, survey software
• Ready to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
